OSG was the main contractor in this Project including all activities and sub contractors.
- Kahhal is a Private Hospital as Polyclinic.
It is four storied building excluding Penthouse with a built area, including Penthouse, 5250 M2 in a lot of 50 x 50 m including sceco room, medical room, electrical room and pump room including car parking.
Two Floors (Ground + First Floors) are occupied with Kahhal eye center with one day operation room, recovery room, patient ward room, examination rooms with all modern and updated equipment's. The center is equipped with all modern facilities such as sprinkler fire protection system, Passenger and bed elevators, Standby Generators, Medical Gas Systems, Nurse Call System, CATV, Security Systems, Internal & External Security Cameras, Bed head units …etc.
